Last Sunday I ran 22K and that will probably be my longest distance until January - and man, that tired my legs out, and I did feel some cardio loss. Yesteray I ran only about 4K on hilly trails and I was tired. That 22k may have been a bit much after not running for 2.5 weeks, save for the previous Thursday where I ran 6k.) But I guess that's what the training for next year is going to be about: training on tired legs, and to just get those runs in there.

Thanks Ron - and good on ya for November! Lots of miles in there!Nature Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02090636371520050169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9166391077097441657.post-20175826912743593652009-12-01T17:58:56.918-08:002009-12-01T17:58:56.918-08:00Just a suggestion but what ever you do dont drop t...Just a suggestion but what ever you do dont drop the weekely long run unless you injured or sick. Last week I did 5X5K runs indoors at lunch and then at then end of the week I did an LSD Run outdoors. Kristi , just fit in the short ones here and there then plan for the big one, if not weekly LSD then bi-weekly should serve you well!

Keep er going Girl!West Grey Runnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18163504511487831858noreply@blogger.com
